OVERVIEW

Hike Japan’s highest peak, Mt.Fuji!

We are going back on our 6th and 7th expedition to one of the most famous mountains in the world. Standing at 3,776 masl, Mt.Fuji is also one of the “East Asia Trilogy” together with Mt. Kinabalu of Malaysia and Jade Mountain of Taiwan.

Known as the land of the rising Sun, Japan has always been a bucket list destination for many of us. With its culture, tradition, food and breathtaking sceneries no wonder a lot of us has seen Japan as a dream destination. For us hikers and adventure seekers, the outdoors will always be part of the trip.

We have crafted an itinerary that includes a day hike in Kanto Region, and a two day hike to Mt Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan. Tours around Japan, food tripping and hiking is definitely a great way to experience the best of Japan.

See you in Japan!

Do we head to Tokyo (Narita) together from Manila? We advise everyone to join us on the flight from Manila to Tokyo and back to Manila. However, if you wish to stay longer or arrive earlier, this is allowed. Just make sure that you’re in Tokyo on our scheduled timeline.

Is a Visa required to enter Japan? Yes. For Filipinos, a visa is required to enter Japan. While we don’t arrange Visas we can recommend a travel agency and provide additional details for your visa application.

Do we apply visa as a group? Visa application is done individually. However, to help you, we will be giving additional information that will help such as hiking permits, contact person, etc.

Will there be snow on the hike? Japan has four seasons. For the month of August, this is the summer season and snow is not expected.

During the hike, can we leave some our stuff in Tokyo? Yes. From Tokyo and before departing for the jump-off point, we can leave stuff that we won’t need in our hostel.

For the payment deposit, how do I pay in US Dollars? For all our international hikes, we suggest to pay by bank deposit to avoid incurring additional fees.
